Prepare for January and March 2017 SAT exams: Wednesdays 5:30 – 7:30 pm

Jake SAT Prep classes are designed to keep students above the hubbub and ahead of the curve. I have a three pronged approach to test prep:

*Learning content (vocab, equations, etc.): We’ll hone a cornerstone approach to critical reading, sentence completion, grammar, usage, writing, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and much more.

*Developing the smartest approaches to tricky questions and common pitfalls: Knowing how to find the right answer sometimes isn’t enough. Knowing how the test-makers have tried to trip you up can be just as important!

*Thriving in the test-taking environment: We’ll build up the confidence and composure necessary to succeed on test day (and in other high pressure situations).

Class will meet on: 11/16, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 3/1, and 3/8

* Please note there is no class on 11/23, 12/28, and 2/22. There is also one extra week scheduled to allow for a missed week due to inclement weather.

The cost of the class is $750 and a $250 deposit is required to reserve your seat.
